Eventually I came to the conclusion that PUB, as a content title, was too loaded a word. Which, depending on what your goal is can sometimes be a good thing, but in this particular case it just kinda stressed me out and I had to make the change for my own sanity. The thought of people not giving the strip a chance because they had preconceived notions that PUB was about, ya' know, a bar, gave me nightmares. Plus, I didn't want that connotation for what I consider to be a pretty kid friendly comic. Maybe not wee little kids, but my thought has been hey, there's nothing in this comic that's particularly worse than anything you'd find in Harry Potter.
